Step 1. Make an Enquiry

Parents may begin the journey by filling our online Enquiry Form or contacting our Admissions Office directly. Once we receive your enquiry, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a personal school tour or a virtual meeting at your convenience.

In the interest of child safety and campus security, prior appointment is necessary.

Step 2. Register

After your visit, if you wish to proceed, you will be directed to complete our Admission Application Form along with the required documents:

• Birth Certificate of the child

• Passport-size photographs

• Parent/Guardian ID proof

• Medical/Immunization records
   

A non-refundable registration fee will be applicable at this stage. Once the application and payment are received, our Admissions Team will guide you to the next step.

Step 3. Readiness Observation

At BodhiTree, we do not conduct “tests” for admission. Instead, we follow a Readiness Observation approach designed for young children. This short, informal interaction helps us understand your child’s comfort level, interests, and developmental stage across:

• Language and communication

• Social and emotional skills

• Motor skills and curiosity in play

• Response to music, rhythm, and creative activities
   

This ensures that every child is placed in the right program (Toddler, Play School, Preschool, LKG, UKG) suited to their age and readiness.

Step 4. Review

Our Admissions and Academic Teams will review the application, readiness observation, and availability of a place (maximum 10 students per class).
If there are any special educational needs, parents are encouraged to share supporting documents (medical reports, IEPs, or therapist notes) so that we can determine whether additional support can be provided.
The decision on admission is typically communicated within 10 working days.

Step 5. Letter of Offer

If successful, families will receive an Official Letter of Offer via email. This includes:

• Confirmed program/age group of entry

• Enrolment year and term

• Terms of admission

Parents will be asked to accept this offer by signing an Acceptance of Place Form and agreeing to our Preschool’s Terms & Conditions within 10 days.

Step 6. Welcome Package

Once the offer is accepted, families are required to pay:

• Non-refundable registration fee

• Refundable security deposit

• First installment of tuition fee

After payment, parents will receive a Welcome Package with:

• Orientation guidelines

• Medical and health forms

• Uniform details

• Meal plan and cafeteria information

• Parent Handbook (policies, timings, safety norms)

We also host a Founding Parents Coffee Morning, where new families meet our Principal, teachers, and other parents.

Step 7. Enrolment

On your child’s first day, our Admissions Team and educators ensure a smooth, warm, and joyful transition into the BodhiTree family.
Every child receives:

• Identity and Escort Card (for safety)

• Personal cubby/storage space

• A music and learning kit 

In time, parents will also have access to a Parent Portal to track updates, announcements, calendars, and progress reports.
